At a pivotal moment for Ontario’s economic and political landscape, Premier Ford will share his government’s priorities, outlook, and approach to the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Following the keynote, The Honourable Victor Fedeli, Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, will participate in a fireside chat exploring Ontario’s economic strategy, investment climate, and the province’s role in a rapidly shifting global environment. Minister Fedeli will be joined in conversation by Laryssa Waler, Founder & CEO of Henley Strategies.
The conversation will offer a dynamic and engaging discussion with opportunity for deeper insight into the province’s direction.

The Honourable Doug Ford

Doug Ford is a businessman and leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.
Doug’s commitment to public service runs in his family. Three generations of Fords have served the people of Ontario in elected office. He resides in Etobicoke with his wife Karla and four daughters. Doug and his family have been lifelong residents of their community. His service to the public includes over 20 years of dedicated work with the Toronto West Rotary Club.
In 2010 Doug was elected to Toronto City Council, continuing a longstanding tradition of serving the residents of Etobicoke North. At City Hall, Doug worked tirelessly as Vice Chair of the Budget Committee, delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in savings for taxpayers.
A firm believer in our party and its ideals, Doug has worked on the frontlines of the Ontario PC Party for decades.
The Honourable Victor Fedeli
Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade
The Honourable Victor Fedeli is a lifelong entrepreneur, serving the Ford government as Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.
His business experience led his firm Fedeli Corporation to be ranked in the Top 50 Best Places to Work in Canada in 1989. It also served him well when elected to two terms as Mayor of North Bay, restoring hope and restoring solvency.
In 2011, Vic was elected to the Ontario Legislature and is now serving his fifth term as MPP for Nipissing.
He is married to local humour writer Patty and is always seen in one of his trademark yellow ties.
Laryssa Waler
Founder and CEO, Henley Strategies
Laryssa Waler is the Founder and CEO of Henley Strategies, bringing nearly two decades of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and media relations. She has held senior roles at the highest levels of government, including in the Harper Government and serving as Executive Director of Communications to Ontario Premier Doug Ford. She has advised Fortune 500 companies, startups, non-profits, and advocacy organizations. Laryssa is a frequent political commentator on Canadian news outlets, offering insight into current affairs, public policy, and campaign strategy. She holds a degree from the University of Toronto and a graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College, and is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and French.
