The case for impact investing in infrastructure: Building a more sustainable and connected Canada

Now more than ever, Canadians need our infrastructure to do more.  From climate goals that require significant emissions reductions, to economic growth that supports our quality of life. This is why the Canada Infrastructure Bank was created: To accelerate investment in Canada’s ‘public-good’ infrastructure together with public, private, and Indigenous partners from coast to coast.

Join Canadian Club Toronto on September 28 to hear from Ehren Cory, CEO, the Canada Infrastructure Bank, and the Honourable Lisa Raitt, Vice Chair, Global Investment Banking, CIBC, as they explore the CIB’s growing project pipeline; how the CIB has attracted private capital into previously challenging asset classes such as building retrofits and district energy systems; and rapidly advancing new investment areas such as electric vehicle charging infrastructure and clean power.

**The livestream for virtual guests will begin at approximately 12:40pm ET & a link will be provided closer to the event date.**
