COVID Health & Safety Guidelines

The health and safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers is our top priority as we return to in person events for the first time in almost 2 years. In accordance with public health guidelines and recommendations, we have implemented the following measures to make sure your return to our live event is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

  • Vaccination: All guests, staff, and volunteers will be required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and government issued ID in order to enter the event room. In accordance with Ontario’s vaccine certification program, the only exemptions are for patrons under 12 years old accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult, or patrons with medical exemptions (a doctor’s note must be provided).
  • Mandatory mask wearing for all staff and visitors. All visitors must wear a mask that covers their mouth, chin and nose at all times until they are seated, at which time they may remove it to eat or drink.
  • Guests will be asked for their name and phone number for contract tracing upon arrival
  • Each guest will undergo a symptom screening prior to entry. You can view the screening questions here.
  • Reduced seating to less than 50% of regular capacity.
  • Physical distancing protocols throughout the venue when not seated.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces prior to the event with our hotel partners
  • Please arrive early to prevent crowding upon entry – registration will begin at 11:30am.
  • Symptom-Free Policy: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.

Thank you for your cooperation, and for respecting your fellow guests and members!
