COVID Health & Safety Guidelines

The health and safety of our guests, staff, and volunteers is our top priority as we return to in person events for the first time in almost 2 years. In accordance with public health guidelines and recommendations, we have implemented the following measures to make sure your return to our live event is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

  • Mandatory mask wearing for all staff and visitors. All visitors must wear a mask that covers their mouth, chin and nose at all times until they are seated, at which time they may remove it to eat or drink.
  • Reduced seating to 50% of regular capacity.
  • Physical distancing protocols throughout the venue when not seated.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces prior to the event with our hotel partners
  • Symptom-Free Policy: If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please stay home.

All guests at Canadian Club Toronto (CCT) events attest as follows: (a) the guest understands CCT’s COVID-19 health and safety protocols and will abide by them during the event; (b) the guest does not currently have, nor has experienced, COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days and will report to CCT any COVID-19 symptoms experiences within the 7 days following an event; CCT only will use this information for COVID-19 contact tracing protocols; (c) CCT’s COVID-19 health and safety protocols and compliance with all applicable public health requirements do not eliminate possible exposure to COVID-19 as such possible exposure is an on-going reality of gatherings; (d) CCT is not responsible and not liable for possible exposure to COVID-19 at the event; and (e) the guest releases CCT and all of its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for possible exposure to COVID-19 at the event.

Thank you for your cooperation, and for respecting your fellow guests and members!
