Ms. Bazile Jones is known in both Canada and the United States for her work in Diversity Management, strategic planning, and the Management of Change. Renée is an expert on issues of Workplace Harassment and Unconscious Bias. Renée is known to be a strategic, results-oriented Diversity and Inclusion change leader with a broad scope of business experience.
Renée has conducted over 100 investigations on behalf of clients and has extensive experience coaching individuals when their behaviour and comment crosses over into workplace harassment. Renée has many years of experience working with such Fortune 500 companies as Xerox, AT&T, and Shell Canada Limited.
She was the Executive Director of Communications and Public Education with the Ontario Employment Equity Commission. Renée has also worked as a management consultant with Price Waterhouse Associates and William M. Mercer prior to launching unparalleled Inc. a diversity and inclusion consulting firm.
Renée joined CCDI in April of 2014.
Executive Partner, Blue Dot Strategy
Scott Campbell is a founding partner of Blue Dot Strategy, a consulting firm that specializes in strategy and business model design, change management and leadership development.
Over the last twenty years he has consulted with leaders from numerous prominent firms, including FedEx, Nike, GE, Toyota, Bayer, Kraft, Sanofi Pasteau, Siemens, Proctor&Gamble, and Scotiabank. He has extensive experience working the healthcare, governmental, and not-for-profit sectors as well. He is a former instructor in the Schulich School of Business Executive Education Centre.
In addition to the United States and Canada, Scott has consulted with businesses in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Denmark and Hong Kong.
Scott holds a master's degree in organizational leadership from Tyndale College, a certificate in Strategic Decision-Making and Risk Management from Stanford University, a certificate in Design Thinking for Strategy and Innovation from Weatherhead School of Management, and a certificate in Human Systems Dynamics.

Lisa Mattam is a proven and passionate entrepreneur.
Named by Profit Magazine as one of the Top Ten Emerging Women Entrepreneurs in Canada and recognized by the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce as Female Entrepreneur of the Year, Lisa has become a thought leader in the areas of entrepreneurship, resilience, the advancement of women and diversity. She is a frequent commentator on these topics and has been quoted in variety of media including Fast Company, The Globe and Mail, CBC, and The Toronto Star.
With her first venture The Mattam Group, she grew a consulting firm with clients in Canada, the US, Latin America and the UAE. More specifically, she equipped Fortune 500 companies like Walmart with the tools to keep women in the C-Suite and advance diversity in the workplace. Notably, she co-authored the report, “Mom’s the Word: How Organizations can change the impact of Motherhood on Career Success” and was a contributor to the book, “Five Good Ideas” published by Coach House Books.
Building on that success, Lisa launched Sahajan, an evidence-based natural skincare line based on the Ancient Science of Ayurveda. With Sahajan, Lisa brings together her entrepreneurial background and her knowledge from over 15 years working in and consulting to the pharmaceutical industry to create a skincare collection that since its launch has been featured in Vogue Paris, Chatelaine and Forbes and is distributed in Canada and the US in retailers such as Indigo, The Shopping Channel and the Home Shopping Network. Lisa was the only Canadian to be selected for Sephora’s Inaugural Beauty Accelerator.
Lisa has an Honours Bachelor of Science and an MBA from McMaster University, and a Diploma in European Business, from ESC Rouen, Rouen, France. She is a former instructor with the Schulich Executive Education Centre and has sat on the board of the Rouge Valley Health System. A young leader with the BMW Foundation and an active business mentor to other start-ups, Lisa lives in Toronto with her husband and her two children.
President & CEO, CIBC Asset Management
David Scandiffio is the President and CEO of CIBC Asset Management, responsible for the overall retail and institutional asset management business, as well as the portfolio management team. He is also a key member of CIBC’s Operating Committee and Commercial Banking & Wealth Management Leadership Team.
Prior to joining CIBC, David was President of IA Clarington Funds where he was responsible for setting the strategic direction for growing the business. He took on expanded responsibilities within IA Clarington’s parent company, Industrial Alliance Life Insurance Company, as Executive Vice President, Wealth Management where he was responsible for the wealth distribution business, including high-net-worth segments. He has also held various product and marketing roles during his10 year tenure at Mackenzie Financial Corporation.
David is a member of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada’s (IFIC) Board of Directors. He is also the honorary Co-Chair of the Princess Margaret Road Hockey to Conquer Cancer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Economics, and is a CFA charterholder.
