Ever wonder why smart, well-intended leaders sometimes make poor decisions? We as humans are heavily influenced by our biases. The unconscious mind is a repository of past experiences that includes perceptions, intuition, and subliminal desires. Although these influences rarely reach our conscious minds, they play a significant role in governing our decisions. Join us on January 17 when expert panelists, Renee Bazile-Jones (Canadian Centre for Diversity & Inclusion), Scott Campbell (Blue Dot Strategy) and Lisa Mattam (Sahajan & The Mattam Group), moderated by David Scandiffio (CIBC Asset Management), address the effects of unconscious bias on leadership and in the workplace.
