Navigating The Changing Supply Chain Landscape

The pandemic showed us just how fragile international supply chains can be with shortages of personal protective equipment, semi-conductors and even bicycles due to massive global demand coupled with lock downs on non-essential businesses and the blockage of the Suez Canal impacting businesses here in Canada and around the world. Even as lockdowns ease here, they continue to affect ports and factories across Asia. As Canadian businesses recover from the disruption of the pandemic, they are rethinking their supply chains, making them more robust and looking hard at sustainability.

Join Canadian Club Toronto on October 13 for a panel discussion led by Linda Seymour, President and CEO of HSBC Bank Canada. A veteran commercial banker, Linda leads the Canadian business of a bank that facilitates $760 billion in global trade annually across the globe’s major trade corridors. Linda will be joined by a panel of business leaders to discuss supply chains, their disruption and how companies are navigating the quickly-evolving landscape, what that means for other businesses and the trends it creates.

A link to the live stream will be provided closer to the event date.
