Jeanne Lam

Previously as President of Wattpad, a global entertainment company and storytelling app used by 94M people every month, Jeanne was responsible for overseeing Wattpad’s growth. 

Jeanne has spent most of her career in consumer tech, scaling user and revenue growth. Prior to Wattpad, Jeanne led growth and user acquisition at Shapeways (SHPW), the world’s largest 3D printing service. She has also worked at Yahoo as Director of Platform Strategy, and mobile payments company, GoPago, as Head of Marketing & Business Intelligence. Before her startup career, she spent three years as a management consultant at Accenture. 

Jeanne is a founding member of the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Against Racism (CILAR), a board advisor for Women and Color, and a board member of the Canadian Club of Toronto. She also serves as the president of the board of the Cornell Club of Toronto and a member of the board of the HBS Club of Toronto. Jeanne has an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
