President, Distribution and Pay, Bell Media
Tracey Pearce leads the team that distributes, licenses, and markets all Bell Media conventional networks, specialty and pay channels, non-linear content, and TV Everywhere services to our BDU partners on traditional and digital platforms. Pearce is also responsible for CraveTV and high-profile pay TV multiplex The Movie Network, including HBO Canada. She serves as a director on the boards of Discovery Channel (Canada) and CTV Specialty, and also maintains an executive role supporting Bell Media’s English-language factual specialty channels.

Pearce joined Bell Media in 2001 from Goodmans LLP and has held a number of increasingly senior roles including Senior Vice-President, Specialty and Pay, Senior Vice-President, Business and Legal Affairs, and lead counsel for Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media Consortium.
In 2016 Pearce received the Women in Film & Television – Toronto’s Crystal Award for Outstanding Achievement in Business.
