SENATOR JERRY GRAFSTEIN
Chair, Standing Senate Banking, Trade and Commerce Committee (Government of Canada)

Fairmont Royal York Hotel - Ballroom

If you are involved in fundraising or on the Board of any charitable organization in Canada today, you know that the federal Finance Minister is under considerable pressure to make changes to our tax laws, relative to charitable giving, in this year's budget.

In December, Senator Grafstein and his fellow committee members made seven recommendations to our government related to this issue in a report entitled: "The Public Good and Private Funds." He joins us on January 17th to explain these recommendations and take your questions.
